These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at zaren.io and the Zaren executional infrastructure platform (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Zaren Systems Inc. ("Zaren," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
The Service is intended for use by businesses and their authorized representatives. By using the Service, you represent that you have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms if you are using the Service on its behalf.
3. Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account associated with a valid work email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
